    Dear Parents and Guardians:
    Next week, Wednesday, September 21st through Friday, September 23rd the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works will pave Chatsworth Drive between Laurel Canyon Blvd and east of Acala Avenue. Please be mindful as you drop off your child and pick him or her up from school.

     

    Beginning on Monday, September 19th I will be on a leave of absence for personal health reasons. In my place, there will be an interim principal assigned to the school and you will have the full support of teachers and the leadership team at O’Melveny Elementary! If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call the main office or call the San Fernando/Sylmar Community of Schools at (818) 252-5400. Be assured that your child’s safety and academic success will remain our top priority!

    Estimados Padres y Tutores:
     

    La próxima semana, del miércoles 21 al viernes 23 de septiembre, el Departamento de Obras Públicas de la Ciudad de Los Ángeles pavimentará Chatsworth Drive entre Laurel Canyon Blvd y de Acala Avenue. Tenga cuidado al dejar y recoger a su hijo de la escuela.

     

    A partir del lunes 19 de septiembre estaré en excedencia por motivos personales de salud. ¡En mi lugar, habrá un director interino asignado a la escuela y tendrá todo el apoyo de los maestros y del equipo de liderazgo de la escuela primaria O'Melveny! Si tiene alguna pregunta o inquietud, no dude en llamar a la oficina principal o llamar a la Comunidad de Escuelas de San Fernando/Sylmar al (818) 252-5400. ¡Tenga la seguridad de que la seguridad y el éxito académico de su hijo seguirán siendo nuestra máxima prioridad!
